Food Rebranding

I have worked on changing a company’s corporate image  by developing a new logo, and related visual assets (such as business cards, company brochure, shop displays, backdrops, product packaging, labels and other digital and printed material to promote the company brand message).

The goal was to create a new and differentiated brand identity in the minds of consumers and competitors.

Rebranding has been essential to this organisation because their branding has been around for a long time and it made the business look outdated.

Modernizing the brand image of this company was an important step to turning their business around and accelerating growth.

Aspetto a casa

“Aspetto a casa” is a project developed during COVID-19 emergency to push the community buying local, avoiding gatherings and receiving home shopping.

It’s a difficult time for many small businesses. We want to help them by creating a directory of independent local producers that are doing home delivery during these difficult time.

The project has been created from scratch with the help of a senior developer using Vue.js and a custom RESTful API.

We are now running activities such as contacting directly local producers to have details of their opening times, delivery options and much more.

We are also collaborating with the municipality that will help us to promote the project both online and offline in order to create a complete guide for our community.

Envisiory

Social media platforms are crowded. Companies are spending large resources, time and money building brand awareness online.

We leverage AR technology to make the audience spread the message for them.

We have designed and developed AR marketing campaign using branded effects based on clients’ requirements.

My responsibilities were mainly focused on the validation and on the implementation of the go-to-market strategy.

UX/UI

Applyed different methodologies (e.g. Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, User research methodologies) to develop a more friendly user experience when navigating mobile Apps.

My area of expertise is related to the user visual interactive experience, the look and feel of the product.

I have also worked on User Scenario and UX storyboard to help visually predict and explore the user experience with the product.

Digital and Innovation Consultant

Focused on user needs, user expectations and motivations through methodical, investigative approaches in order to create a truly great product that satisfies users’ goals.

Prototyping process is all about information architecture, user flow diagrams, and getting content together. 

I have elaborated Customers’ Journey Map and Design Service Blueprint, translating abstract ideas into tangible, engaging experiences that helped internal teams and clients learn.

Wireframe tools used: Balsamiq, Sketch, Invision and Adobe XD.

Projects involved the implementation of new features for Applications but also the creation of new company’s strategy related to Digital Transformation journeys like Change Management.
